We are upgrading our system and enhancing our program design to be able to serve you better. As such, our website (Sindbad.OmanAir.Com) and the Sindbad section of the mobile app will be temporarily closed from 1st September until 8th September. So, here are some tips:


Reward requests:
If you wish to redeem your miles for Oman Air tickets, please get them issued online before 1st September as the online option to issue Reward tickets with miles will temporarily be unavailable between the 1st September and 8th September.


Your online Account:
You can access your online account and make any changes up until 31st August 2021. All your details will be saved however page will be temporarily closed so should you wish to buy, transfer or gift miles or create a family account during the period, you will have to wait until 8th September 2021.
