Every time you fly on qualifying flights with Oman Air, you earn Sindbad miles. The number of miles you earn will depend on the ticket price (excluding taxes) and your Sindbad Tier. As a Sindbad member, you will earn 4 miles for every US Dollar spent on Oman Air flights*—so when you pay a higher ticket price, you are rewarded with more miles. Earning has never been easier!
You can also earn miles on the ground when you spend on eligible add-ons such as airport lounge, seat selection, prepaid bag and on several other items. Sindbad Silver and Gold members earn even more. Simply provide your Sindbad number when you make your reservation, making sure that the name on your ticket matches the name in your Sindbad account.
Book online from the Oman Air website to see how many miles you can earn in the booking process itself. Save your boarding pass until your miles have been credited to your Sindbad account. If your miles haven't been credited within 48 hours, please request a credit online within 6 months of your travel date.

For example, on a Muscat to London return flight, you will earn 80 Tier points in Economy Class and 200 Tier points in Business Class.

That’s not all. You will also earn 100 Tier points per accumulated 1000 US dollars spent on Oman Air flights.

Tier points are only earned for your activities on Oman Air. Partner activities do not earn any Tier points. To know your Tier progress at any time, simply login to your Sindbad account and check the “Tier scale”.

Your Sindbad Membership Status

Once you reach the Silver and Gold Tier, you will earn bonus Sindbad miles when flying with Oman Air. Sindbad Silver members will earn a Silver tier bonus of 25% and Sindbad Gold members will earn a Gold tier bonus of 50%. In other words, your Miles Exchange Factor will become 5 for the Silver tier and 6 for the Gold tier, instead of the standard 4 at entry level.
