Should you find that miles for your puchase at Muscat Duty Free are missing, please email Muscat Duty Free at general@muscatdutyfree.com within 6 months of your purchase with the following information:
- Your Name and Sindbad number.
- Date of purchase.
- Location of store - Arrivals or Departure.
- Invoice number.
Please retain all original receipts untill Sindbad miles have been credited to your account.
