Your Sindbad miles, Tier status and Upgrade vouchers

We understand that in these unprecedented times, and with the current travel restrictions, you may have concerns about your Sindbad miles and Upgrade vouchers. Relax! In gratitude for your continuing support, we are pleased to revise many deadlines for you.

Sindbad Tier: Gold and Silver members with cards expiring from now until 30^th November 2022 will have their expiration dates extended to 31^st December 2022. It means, if you can’t requalify to maintain your tier, we’ll extend your current status until 31^st December 2022.*

Sindbad miles & Vouchers: For Sindbad members whose miles and/or Upgrade vouchers expiring from now until 30^th November 2022 will have their expiration dates extended to 31^st December 2022.*
