Claim Missing Miles

To claim missing Miles, please contact Sixt within six months of transaction at email id meilen@sixt.de and provide the following information:

  • Your Name and Sindbad Membership Number 
  • Date of your rental
  • Copy of your car rental or limousine transfer invoice

Please retain all original receipts until your Sindbad Miles are credited to your account.
