To claim your missing miles with The Shangri-La group, please submit the your claim within six months of your stay, to ffp_cro@shangri-la.com or to postal address Frequent Flyer Programs c/o Kowloon Shangri-La Hotel, Basement 2, 64 Mody Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong and provide the following information:
- Your Name and Sindbad Membership Number
- Date of your arrival and departure
- Name of hotel
- Copy of your hotel stay invoice
Please retain all original receipts until your Sindbad Miles are credited to your account.
