To claim your missing miles with Rotana, please submit the your claim within six months of your stay to partners.rotana@rotana.com and provide the following information:
- Your Name and Sindbad Membership Number
- Date of your arrival and departure
- Name of hotel
- Copy of your hotel stay invoice
Please retain all original receipts until your Sindbad Miles are credited to your account.
