Flight rewards

When you have earned enough Sindbad miles you can start spending them for flight Rewards on Oman Air in any cabin. You can also use your miles to upgrade to our award winning Business and First Class Cabins and travel in style, use them to redeem tickets on partner airlines or participate in our exclusive Raffles.

One way rewards

All our rewards are one way. This means, you can fly a combination of classes on your onward and return journeys, the choice is yours. For example, you could fly to London in Business Class and return to Muscat in Economy.

Multi city trips

Use your Sindbad miles and fly from Muscat to Trivandrum, drive to Kochi and fly back to Muscat.

Upgrade rewards

Upgrade from Economy to Business Class

Spend your miles for an upgrade reward and experience Oman Air's award-winning Business Class cabin. All you need is a confirmed Economy Class ticket (Y, H, M or B Class ticket). To book your upgrade reward, simply fill in the Reward request.

Please check qualifying booking classes for upgrades before you book and travel. All upgrades are subject to availability and have to be requested atleast 48 hours prior departure.

Upgrade from Economy Class to Business: You can book an upgrade reward to Business Class when you have purchased a full adult Economy Class ticket in booking classes H, M or B. To find out your booking class please contact your travel agent or call us at +968 24531111.

Upgrade from Business to First Class

If you are a Silver or Gold Sindbad member, you may use your miles to upgrade a full adult Business Class ticket booked in J or C to
Oman Air's luxurious First Class Cabin.

• Upgrades are permitted only on direct flights. Eg. A one way flight from Muscat to London Heathrow will be one upgrade reward and to upgrade the return leg, London Heathrow to Muscat you have to book a second upgrade reward.
• To book a Business Class upgrade, you must hold a confirmed Economy Class ticket in Y, H, M or B booking class
• Economy Class tickets booked in K, I, Q, T, N, L booking classes and redemption tickets cannot be upgraded.
• Upgrade to First Class is only available to Silver & Gold Sindbad members
• To book a First Class upgrade, you must hold a Business Class ticket booked in J or C booking classes. Business Class tickets
  issued in booking class ‘D’ cannot be upgraded.

To participate, all you have to do is purchase Raffle tickets online with your Sindbad miles and try your luck. Raffle tickets are priced at just 100-200 Sindbad miles a ticket.
