Claim missing miles
Should you find that miles for your purchase at Muscat Duty Free are missing, please email Muscat Duty Free at general@muscatdutyfree.com within 6 months of your purchase with the following information:
- Your Name and Sindbad number
- Date of purchase
- Location of store – Arrivals or Departure
- Invoice number
Please retain all original receipts until Sindbad miles have been credited to your account.
Terms & conditions
- Please present your Sindbad card at the time of purchase.
- The purchase must be in the name of the Sindbad member.
